The Hinduja brothers have found a remarkable historical connection between their luxurious new London residence at Carlton House Terrace and the iconic Buckingham Palace. This elegant property, located in one of London’s most prestigious neighborhoods overlooking The Mall and St James’ Park, was originally part of a grand plan that financed the transformation of Buckingham House into Buckingham Palace. In 2006, the Hinduja brothers acquired Nos. 13-16 Carlton House Terrace for £58 million and invested an additional £50 million in its renovation. This 67,000 sq. ft. masterpiece, which opened in 2011, now stands as a symbol of grandeur and hospitality, hosting dignitaries, world leaders, and celebrities. Originally hesitant to leave their former residence, a modest 25,000 sq. ft. home just across the street, the family eventually moved into their new abode, embracing its rich history and magnificent features.
