Being stressed can indirectly have a destructive impact on your health. The reason for stress can be anything. Mostly it’s related to the lifestyle of a person. 1. Keep calm mind and focus. Don't panic, but have a cool mind to remain calm. Once you feel stressed just shut your eyes and start breathing gently in and out through your nose, take a long breath and exhale slowly.
2. When stress strikes, you become careless towards yourself. So, look after yourself. You need to give yourself some time, having rest refreshes you, take a day out for daily routines and do things that give you pleasure.
3. Sleep well, live well. A man works 16 hours a day, so he needs to rewind himself. When you have a good sleep, you will feel alive, you will approach problems calmly, and you think productive and stay joyful. Always take out time to complete your sleep.
4. Eat well for good health. Food is our great source of fuel. A healthy diet keeps the body active and healthy eating should be practiced for avoiding health issues. Watch the quality of food you eat and eliminate sugar products and processed foods which have high quantities of Trans fat. Caffeine is stimulated but plays a negative role.
5. Be organized. Live an organized life so you have ample time in hand to do the work without pressure. Pressure always creates stress. Give a specific time in your professional and personal life. Personal life is a source of happiness, joy and peace. Think and work on one task at a time. Do not mix personal and professional work and time.
6. Don’t let stress take hold of you. When you expect the worst and expect things to fail, you give access to things to turn bad. Don’t have a negative attitude; it will bring you a negative result however you would like things to be good for you, so having a positive attitude easily makes it happen. Look for a workshop to learn about having a positive approach towards life.
7. Avoid conflict and argument. The conflict and argument pressurized you to lose control of your thinking capability. Therefore, be calm and seek a solution for conflict so it’s caused no further strain on you, investigate the cause of conflict and look for a solution.
8. Remember that nobody is perfect. Trying to be perfect will distract you from enjoying who you are. In an effort to have control of things, it can make you lose your cool so let things go which are out of your hand. Having a perfect life is impossible but always aim for being near perfection. Have short but realistic goals and treat yourself with rewards.
9. People do not have time to connect with nature. Children get addicted to gadgets and technology so spending time with nature, meditation or prayer is unknown to them. Visiting Park, praying can bring self-realization to you. Stress tends to dissolve away once you connect with yourself.
10. Go slow on yourself. Stress will not leave you in one second; it takes time. How you handle stress really matters, so start spending time with like minded people and join laughter class, socialize, exercise, sleep, meditate. There is no loss in taking time for yourself.
