We must spread the positive energy around and self- aware to be engage to ourselves to create the type of life you want and full of happiness. I believe mental health has always been a huge topic to discuss about but taken not as serious to others. The average Americans are working the 9-5 and using the weekends for time freedom to do the things they want and sometimes it is not exactly enough of the 48 hours you get for the weekend. You then catch the cycle repeat itself and there you are left wanting a new change for more.
I want to bring awareness for self- care and how beneficial it is to take care of yourself and remain consistent to make it a routine to keep up on. Have you ever felt like a part of the guilt trip because you spent money on yourself and then you reflect because you think of some other way on what you could have used it on? Well, listen up because you deserve, and you can make it back so never feel bad on wanting to do something for yourself. If you did self- love more, would you feel better and less noble to let others, make you feel anything less or what you do not deserve? Would you consider yourself more acting as victim instead of trying to solve the issue out? Is this how our own thoughts lead us to torture us overall that affects with anxiety and depression? The more time we focus on ourselves with what we believe in and good at then that is when the world is endless and forever yours. Once you have the moment to conquer something that is the greatest asset you can keep close because everything is endless and can move mountains. I never could understand what that really was until I had to really investigate the whole making of what I wanted to have and get out of the trap of the negative mindset.
If your environments do not root for you then that is not the crowd to be around and for your future too. You know the term they say, “work smarter and not harder,” I use that for my daily life. If you are around people who make it difficult for you then you should not be around those people because it should bring your life with ease. The more issues that come in your life the harder it will be for it to be hard to stand away while it hurts you on making you lose. If losing a brain cell constantly over and over being around those certain people, the only thing you can do is inspire and hope to make a better and bigger impact.
The component of mental health comes in diverse ways and everyone is different on what certain things may bring into stressors or triggers. Both underlying issues determine the outcome of how you can raise the bar to keep pushing farther. Do some experiences and behaviors that had happened before overlook into your behavior of who you are as a person. Studies have shown the lack of sleep and no energy varies with the cause of certain episodes of mental illness. Your brain is the most important thing that does get your body right and moving and not feeding it with the right things and stuff is like eating a cupcake with no frosting. That is the most important part and grabs your attention once you look a glance over at the cupcake and see why wanted your hands on it in the first place.However, with mental illness if you are trying to bring a productive day and no fuel into your body or waking up to something besides social media and scrolling on the internet, then it’s going to be hard to get yourself prepared into thinking of getting your to do list done.
Some of us may have encountered trying to heal a certain way of whatever it may be and having to hold yourself accountable to try to get better so you can lead on with your life and the direction you want to go. The number one mistake that some people have made is not making it a lifestyle change to make because of how carried away work may bring and now affect how or what we do on the outside looking in. Does it all fall to self-development and coming to find out about we enjoy and the skills that can bring us out of those bad days and look to the other side of what is good. You know how everything rises all the way where you need to be, and you feel the need of change and want to actively seek out to find the solution for everything. Does it feel like it is taking forever or certain times and miss certain days where it is no longer consistent? It does take 21 days to form habits, so it would grow on you on building the blocks to avoid those roadblocks. If you take a step back to see how it all aligns with you vs you and adding a bit of twists to it. The more open mind we want to be able to visualize and look more into what we would want to have from other people then it’s by what kind of perspective are we viewing to begin with.
A life worth of time freedom is the new American dream for what the world of manifesting and by putting the work in will reflect from your actions. The clarity is to feel loved and the connection of warmth inside of us and forgetting about the insecurities. The more we are not able to really act to a certain extent in a manner that doesn’t give us great satisfaction then there is no point into putting your efforts into what is not giving you the right intention.
