Instead of talking about the things that are outside of us, let’s talk about the things that are inside of us. Going inside to focus on what’s going on inside for a change. This will help you gain clarity on your emotions and why you feel the way you do. It’ll help you unravel the depths of your feelings just by being honest to ask yourself those questions we often like to ask others in need of advice or guidance.
To operate from the heart means feeling happy and doing what you love to do without the feeling of fear or hesitation holding you back. It’s taking the leap of faith knowing you may not know what will happen next, and you are willing to do it anyways. In order for us to emanate from the love frequency, we have to be courageous enough to go after what makes us feel happy to begin with.
If it's making you feel uneasy, don't force it. Sometimes we often get our ideas of doing something from our surroundings, close relatives, friends and family. Learn how to truly distinguish whether or not what you want to do is coming from your heart. In addition, differentiate your feelings from those around you to listen to what you want. Trial and error is something that is extremely encouraged in order to weed out what we don't want. So if you have an urge to do something, do it and trust that it is being supported by the energy of your heart.
The heart is a place where we love, it's a place we tap into when we want to feel. In order to tap back into the feeling of love, we must do something that brings us there. Moving out of the repetitive cycle is a step forward, however, it is not just actionary. Speaking about where you are in life right now needs to be acknowledged. This type of surrender will begin clearing the way into your heart center. By accepting where you are right now, it'll be easier to choose something that brings you joy.
Listed below are described ways to connect with the energy of your heart. Take a moment to ask yourself these questions then answer them truthfully.
When we do the things we love to do, we connect more with ourselves by fulfilling the matter’s of the heart. By including joy into our lives, we now have something to smile about, something to look forward to within the day. Make a list of things you enjoy doing. With a journal or a private notepad, write down seven things that make you happy.
Find a quiet and comfortable area in your space. Going out to the park also helps. If you prefer the beach, or sitting near the lake, that is fine too. Another suggestion is sitting near a fire. Fire helps put the chattering mind into a quiet place that is similar to daydreaming. While sitting by water helps calm the mind, it also relaxes you enough to allow your thoughts to flow.
So what are some things you enjoy doing that make you happy? Write them down then choose a couple that resonates the most with you. When it's in your heart, taking steps towards it should be simple, so make sure it’s something you can see yourself doing habitually. It could be from feeding the ducks, to spray painting an old building. Whatever it is that gets you excited to get a good night's sleep, just to wake up early the next day, will help you connect with the energy of your heart.
Before writing down and gathering what we can do to make our lives more fulfilling and uplifting, accepting where we are in life right is crucial. In order to operate from the heart center, putting into words how we are currently feeling will release hidden doubts within the auric field.
Each person has a vibrational frequency emitting from their bodies, also known as their aura. These vibrational frequencies emanate from thought patterns which turns into our current mood. Since thoughts are accumulations of past memories, when a memory appears, it may have a positive or negative attachment which displays through your mood.
Rather or not the memory leaves you feeling good or bad, whichever emotion comes up from that thought, simply observe it, then choose to walk away from it by focusing on what you are presently doing right now. You are not your thoughts or your feelings, simply be present.
What are some questions you’ve asked your friends, family or familiars that you could ask yourself? Write them down, then answer each question honestly. Look back at what happened that caused you to be placed emotionally off balance to begin the process of healing.
It's important to think positive thoughts so your frequency can emanate from a higher level source of positive energy. According to “Letting Go, The Pathway of Surrender” by David R. Hawkins, M.D., PH.D, the higher the frequency, the higher chances of reaching to your heart’s desires. By being brave and courageous, this will move you into the heart's center.
Let them drift away. When we spend our time thinking less, it allows room for the heart to feel more. In other words, doing more of what we enjoy to do. Your thoughts are in your mind, they are not physically here with you, so why worry about them? Think of your thoughts like a projector, always trying to show you something. You can pay attention to it then return back to the present moment. Your thoughts shouldn’t cycle like a wash of clothes on laundry day, do not let it take up all of your present time.
If your mind has a mind of its own and likes to talk a lot, try doing something in the present moment to divert your attention to the here-now. For example, random jumping jacks might put the mind into present mode. However, If something is constantly on your mind, try addressing it out loud to yourself or talk to someone you trust. It may mean there is something for you to realize and address directly.
When we focus our attention to the present moment, it creates a sense of peace. No longer are we torn from past and the unknown events. Being in the here-now allows you to just be; to follow what you want to do. By giving our undivided attention to the present moment, to whatever it is that we are doing, we allow new thoughts to enter through. By being aware of yourself, you are tuned in to heartfelt thoughts and making decisions based on how you feel.
Honesty plays a big role in figuring why we aren’t happy some days, and other days amazing. To figure out what makes us happy and what we have to do to maintain our happiness is sometimes left out of our daily life task. However, happiness is a feeling that should always be placed first no matter the situation.
Use your discretion on what that situation is and how you can choose to understand what’s going on inside of you instead of letting your emotions react towards the confusion. Once your mind is clear from debris and your emotions are balanced, you can create anything you enjoy doing the most!
